A 50% non returnable( if carpet
has been ordered) deposit is required before any carpet can
be ordered or fitted
if you have arranged for the moving of furniture,
all items of furniture must be empty and all areas clear of
bric a brac
super carpets are not responsible for any breakages
through the moving of furniture
if no arrangement of furniture moving has been
arranged prior to fitting super carpets have the right to refuse
to fit any areas until clear
our fitters will not work in any ares deemed
to be unsafe i.e. building sites
all customers must give at least 24 hours for
cancellations or re-scheduling
super carpets on occasions may need to re-schedule
jobs due to unforeseen circumstances i.e. delay in delivery
of carpet or carpet turns up faulty but 24 hours notice will
be given if possible
if for any reason our fitters turn up and can
not carry out their work due to any circumstances which is not
the fitters or super carpets fault you will be charged for a
standard call out charge of £60.00 plus v.a.t
you will be advised if your carpet needs joins
and told where they will be please note depending on the carpet
is how visable the join will be but all joins are visable
our fitters take extreme care when fitting
but please advise our fitters if you know of any hidden pipes
or wires because super carpets and our fitters are not responsible
for these types of breakages
